USA and CAN clients can use this handy wholesale shop to make it easy to enroll with the $35 wholesale membership and add products to their order! If you are outside the USA, you will get the retail shop which caters to customers that want to just buy 2-3 products. This will open the door to share the Wholesale Opportunity!

    Q: How much is the shop?

    The shop is $75 to be added to your site for your market (Ex/ USA, Canada, Australia, Spanish, and Europe). You will also receive a copy of the “How do you want to feel” graphics via e-mail. Several packages already include this feature for no additional charge.

     

    Q: How does the retail shop work? Do people buy retail through the site?

    The shop is designed to function as a funnel. When someone notifies you through the shop that they would like specific doTERRA products you would then contact them with three options: Retail, Wholesale with Membership, and an Enrollment kit that makes sense with the products they requested. Most doTERRA Wellness Advocates do not really want someone to buy retail. So, this shop add-on opens the door to have a conversation with a customer and present them with enrollment options. The consensus is that most people after learning about the wholesale membership benefits typically enroll as we all know a membership is the best way. However, should a customer want the retail pricing you would then order on your own account and mail the item(s) to your customer. You are offering free shipping/flat rate shipping because you get shipping credits.

     

    Q: Can I sell something else on my shop?

    Yes, as long as it’s doTERRA compliant. So, no selling products that have doterra products in them such as homemade lip balms ect…

    Also, you can only have ONE RETAIL shop in your website so you must choose between these Shop Album "How do you want to feel" graphics or your own products.

     

    Q: Will the shop be available in my market (USA, Canada, Australia, or Spanish)?

    Yes, the shop uploaded to your website will be tailored to your current market.

     

    Q: Can I get the Shop Album in Wholesale Prices instead?

    Our website templates come with the wholesale shop album if you are in the USA and Canada Only. All other countries will get Retail Shop until doTERRA adds the labs link generator for that country.

    Q: My website/email says someone ordered but I don't see where? Did they actually pay? What do I do now?

    The Retail Shop Album is meant to act as a shopping tool for new prospects with the goal being to get them to add items to their cart and check out.     As you probably heard or noticed, doterra changed the pricing on many of their products affected TODAY June 1st. This means that your wholesale shop needs to be updated to stay compliant.
